EFL (English as a Foreign Language)

Are these the right courses for me?

If English is not your first language and you want to improve your English as well as your job and career opportunities in the UK and throughout the world, EFL courses are right for you. EFL courses have more emphasis on grammar than ESOL courses.

These courses are for learners who wish to gain Cambridge English Certificates, such as Cambridge PET (Preliminary English Test), Cambridge First (FCE) and Cambridge Advanced (CAE). Courses are open to everybody; there are no restrictions on eligibility. These are internationally recognised qualifications suitable for people who intend to extend their studies and progress in their careers either in the UK or abroad.

How do I decide which course I need?

Phone us on 03000 41 22 22 or message us via the contact form to arrange a free assessment and interview where we will help decide the best course for you. For more information, email us at learnenglish@kent.gov.uk.
