If you are an employer we can upskill your workforce.

We can help if you…

Want to be able to help your children with their homework

Would like to improve your skills for work

Need basic computer skills

English is not your first language. and you would like to improve it

Are an employer and want to upskill your staff

You have a learning disability or mental health difficulty

Who delivers the tuition and how?

Experienced tutors supported by Teaching Assistants and trained volunteers in most groups.  Tutors approach their teaching in a fun and engaging manner. Group work will be included as part of your course but individual work can be accommodated (especially for those that find group work difficult).

Another important element of the course is self-study (also known as homework).  The amount of self-study depends on the needs of the individual or the organisation.

Everyone matters

We want everyone to enjoy learning with us in a place that is safe and welcoming. We expect our staff and students to treat each other with respect and dignity, regardless of individual differences in age, gender, race, background, disability, sexual orientation, religion or beliefs.

We welcome people with disabilities. We have a Disability Statement which explains more. We also have a shorter version with graphics, available as a leaflet, which you can either download below or pick up a copy from one of our centres. Please ask to speak to a member of staff confidentially to discuss options for any support you would like.
